Blue Ridge Partnerships(Virginia Western Community College, New River Community College, Dabney S. Lancaster Community College, Roanoke Technical Education Center, Burton Technical Center, Franklin County) provides healthcare career pathways in the following programs:

• Emergency Medical Technician
• Certified Nursing Assistant

This corporation is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes with emphasis on promoting, assisting, and encouraging educational activities and endeavors of every kind and description of, for, or connected with, The Franklin County Public Schools, their administrators, teachers, and students, alone or in cooperation with governmental or other private bodies or agencies.

We are a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization -- all donations are tax deductible.

The purpose of the foundation is to:

• To develop alternative financial resources for students and educational programs supported by the Franklin County Public Schools.
• To enhance and diversify educational opportunities for the administrators, teachers, and students of the Franklin County Public Schools.
• To develop and promote interest in education.
